- Damaged or Defective Product: Once the returned product is received and inspected.
- Non-Deliverable Orders: If the delivery fails due to incorrect address or customer unavailability and the product is returned to us.
Refunds will not be processed for any other reason, including a change of mind.

Return the Product:
- Pack the product securely to prevent further damage during transit.
- Ship the product to the address provided by our team. Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

- Once we receive the product, our quality assurance team will inspect it.
- If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Non-Returnable Products
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following products are not eligible for return or refund:
- Opened or used items.
- Products with tampered or missing labels and packaging.
- Products that are returned after 48 hours from the date of delivery.
Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase:
- Prepaid Orders: Refunded to your bank account or payment gateway.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunded via bank transfer after collecting your account details.
