Products must be unused and returned in their original packaging with all labels, seals, and accessories intact.


Conditions for Refund

Refunds are processed only in the following cases:

  • Damaged or Defective Product: Once the returned product is received and inspected.
  • Non-Deliverable Orders: If the delivery fails due to incorrect address or customer unavailability and the product is returned to us.

Refunds will not be processed for any other reason, including a change of mind.


Return Process

If your product qualifies for a return, follow these steps:

  1. Notify Us:

    • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery via:
    • Provide your order number, a brief description of the issue, and images of the product if it is damaged or defective.
  2. Wait for Approval:

    • Our team will review your request and respond within 3 business days with further instructions.
  3. Return the Product:

    • Pack the product securely to prevent further damage during transit.
    • Ship the product to the address provided by our team. Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
  4. Inspection and Refund:

    • Once we receive the product, our quality assurance team will inspect it.
    • If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Products

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following products are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened or used items.
  • Products with tampered or missing labels and packaging.
  • Products that are returned after 48 hours from the date of delivery.

Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase:

  • Prepaid Orders: Refunded to your bank account or payment gateway.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunded via bank transfer after collecting your account details.

  • Refunds are subject to our approval after product inspection.
