Order Processing Time

  • Prepaid Orders: Processed and shipped within 12 hours.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Processed and shipped within 36 hours.

Delivery Timeframes

We strive to deliver your orders promptly based on your location:

  • Mumbai: 1 business day.
  • Rest of Maharashtra: 2–3 business days.
  • Metros outside Maharashtra: 2–3 business days.
  • Non-Metro Cities: 3–4 business days.

Note: Delivery times may vary depending on courier partner performance or unforeseen circumstances.


Shipping Costs

  • Prepaid Orders: Free shipping across India.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Additional charge of ₹149.

Packaging Standards

  • Orders are packed securely in branded packaging inside a tamper-proof cardboard box to ensure your product arrives safely.
  • Packaging includes usage instructions and a thank-you note.

Service Areas

We deliver across all locations in India.

  • COD Availability: Subject to our delivery partner’s coverage. If COD is unavailable in your area, we will notify you.

Order Tracking

  • A tracking number will be shared via email and SMS once your order is shipped.
  • You can monitor your order status in real-time using the tracking link provided.

Returns, Refunds, and Replacements

We aim for 100% customer satisfaction. However, returns and replacements are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • Damaged or Defective Products: If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement or refund.
  • Return Shipping Costs: To be borne by the customer.

Refunds for undeliverable orders (due to incorrect address or unavailability) will be processed once the product is returned to us.


Delays and Exceptions

  • While we work hard to deliver on time, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances like natural disasters, strikes, or issues with delivery partners. We do not guarantee delivery timelines in such cases.
  • No additional charges or delays are applied for shipping to remote or rural areas.
